CORE DE FORCE LIVE!
CORE DE FORCE LIVE! is an empowering, core-focused workout that combines mixed martial arts combinations, bodyweight moves, and cardio spikes to help you burn major calories AND carve your waist at the same time!
Thursday 5:45 -6:30 p.m.
Total Body Strength
Total Body Strength is a circuit-style, total-body workout that focuses on strengthening all your major muscle groups, while also incorporating balance work and functional movements to help you in everyday life.
Monday 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Wednesday 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Friday 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.
Speed and Agility
Work on your Speed and Agility in this super fun, drill-style class. The class will be held on the tennis courts and will focus on your ability to generate speed, change direction quickly, and react to sudden changes…all of which will help improve your tennis game and overall athleticism. Plus, it’s just a really fun way to burn a bunch of calories!

Healthy for Life
Healthy for Life is a low-impact workout that will help prevent muscle loss with light weight strength moves, static and dynamic stretching, and balance work to improve your quality of life.
Tuesday 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Thursday 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.
