Two Class Options!

Option 1: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10:30-11:15 a.m.


Option 2: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30-6:15 p.m. & Saturdays: 9:00-9:45 a.m.

    (Note: you can mix & match class options if that works better for your schedule!)

  • 45 minute, total body toning & resistance exercises
  • Ideal & beneficial for ALL levels of fitness!
  • Cardio bursts within each round to keep the heart rate up & burn calories
  • Balance and core work incorporated into every class
  • Stretching segment at the end to improve flexibility & range of motion

$40/4 week session!

Session 1: January 7th – February 2nd

Session 2: February 4th – March 2nd

Session 3: March 4th – March 30th             

This is a 4-week session commitment. Call the front desk to reserve your spot! (Minimum 6 participants)
