Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.
- 45 minute, total body toning & resistance exercises
- Ideal & beneficial for ALL levels of fitness!
- Cardio bursts before each round to keep the heart rate up & burn calories
- Balance and core work incorporated into every class
- Stretching segment at the end to improve flexibility & range of motion
$40/4 week session!
