NEW FITNESS CLASS & TIMES!!

TONE & STRETCH

TONE & STRETCH is a 50 minute, low-impact workout that is ideal for both the beginner and intermediate levels. Simple bodyweight and light weight resistance exercises will help tone up the entire body, while the stretching segment at the end of each class will help improve flexibility and range of motion in everyday life. Everyone can benefit from this class!

        Class times

Mondays – 11:00 am

Tuesdays – 10:30 am   &  6:00 pm

Wednesdays – 11:00 am

Thursdays – 10:30 am

Saturdays – 9:00 am (Sat classes begin April 14th – after Spring Break)

*Each week there will be a new workout with new moves.*

(Tip: For maximum health and toning benefits, pick 2-3 classes each week!)
