Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Will came to Ft. Wayne, Indiana’s Wildwood Racquet Club in 1988 as general manager. He holds a degree in economics from Wright State University where he served as men’s and women’s tennis coach from 1979-1983 coaching two NCAA national tennis championship participants and one AIAW All-American. He is recognized as a Master Professional by the United States Professional Tennis Association, a distinction held by less than 1% of teaching professionals worldwide.

Will has served the tennis industry in a number of capacities. He is a former past president of the Northern Indiana Tennis Association, a USTA Zonal Coach, NTRP Sectional Verifier and received the 1991 USTA Midwest’s Cap Leighton Award for his work in community tennis. In addition Will has served the USPTA as a past president of the USPTA Indiana District, a national certification tester for the USPTA and a speaker at USPTA Midwest and World Conferences. He was recognized as the 1992 USPTA Indiana Professional of the Year and was the first recipient of the USPTA Midwest Division Facility Manager of the Year Award in 1999. He is a member of the Ft. Wayne Tennis Hall of Fame and was inducted into the USPTA Midwest Division Hall of Fame in 2012.
